Three-day action in support of Euromaidan will be held during the 50th Security Conference in Munich (31st of January - 2nd of February 2014). Organisers of the Conference have recognised Ukrainian matters as one of key topics. Highest rank politicians and journalists are planning to attend the Conference. In this regard, the organising committee of the Munich Euromaidan called on people from Germany and neighbouring countries to support Ukrainians who stood up for their rights.
Organisers of the Euromaidan in Munich state that events in Ukraine have developed in such way, unfortunately, that more and more people are forced to take to the streets in Ukraine and do everything possible to be heard. Foreign politicians need to know that they must react proportionately to what is happening in Ukraine. Their decisions cannot be based solely on economic issues anymore.
"We will support the Maidan in Ukraine as long as necessary, i.e. until our demands are met" - stated the organisers.
