Ukrainian government officials including the President keep their money in offshore. This is the mainstream of the last day news. The audience stocks up with popcorn and looks forward to continuation of the story, naively hoping for a resonant resignation and further detection. But it is in vain. This will not happen. Because unfortunately in Ukraine it is not a criminal offence to withdraw capital from the country. Well, to avoid paying taxes in a country in wartime - is wrong, so is immoral. But is not punished by the law! Although the Criminal Code of Ukraine provides for liability for false declaration (art. 366-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). In reality, the punishment is the next: short-image loss, a slight drop in rating, which will be rapidly restored during the elections by the predominance of advertising paid from those offshore funds. Unfortunately these are all negative consequences.

The Head of "Svoboda" Oleh Tiahnybok believes that the deputies of local councils elected in local elections in October 2015 have a mission to build the inner core of party organization. The basis for this should be the ideology, inner-party discipline and the activity of the deputies directed to defend the interests of local communities.
The deputies -representatives of "Svoboda" should be public, open and have to work with people. The aim of deputies - representatives of "Svoboda" in local councils must be the fulfilment of their obligations to the voters and to be an example, thus they are not just deputies - they are nationalists. This is what said Oleh Tiahnybok 5 December 2015 during the briefing on the results of the General conference of deputies from "Svoboda" in local government. However, he said that the Conference approved the internal Regulations on functions of the deputies and formed groups on sectoral work. It was establish the liability for violation of the Regulation - up to the expulsion from the party and deprivation of the deputy mandate.
